What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Your existing projects remain accessible, but you cannot create new ones beyond your plan limit until you upgrade or delete projects.
Does accessibility scanning use my word quota?
Yes. AI-generated alt text and captions count toward the same monthly word limit as translation. The evidence report is a remediation aid for WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508, not a VPAT or legal certification. VPAT drafts, WCAG AAA, live captions, audio description, runtime testing, and Storyline object-order apply are Growth features — visible on every plan, available on Growth and above. Accessibility and translation stay separate projects on the same zip; there is no combined job and no extra Stripe SKU.
