How it works

  4. Apply accepted remediations and download the remediating zip plus the evidence report.

Is this a VPAT or a legal certification?

No. The evidence report maps findings to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508. It is a remediation aid you can attach to procurement, not a VPAT or a certification of legal compliance.

What does the scan check?

Missing or generic alt text, videos without captions, color contrast below 4.5:1, and reading-order issues such as heading skips, missing page language, and positive tabindex.

Does this work on a published Storyline zip?

Yes. You upload the zip the authoring tool already exported. Storyline runtimes hide some visuals in generated markup, so Rise and HTML-heavy packages get the strongest write-back. JSON alt text and on-disk video files are still checked in Storyline packages.
